Bangkok Complementary Health has opened at Sala Som in Silom and works with the three most important aspects of health, which are  Healthy Mind, Healthy Body and Healthy fuel. Bangkok Complementary Health aims to support clients in mainstream health services to get any additional support that they need through:


Healthy Mind Services including counselling and psychotherapy provided by Bangkok Counselling Service for individuals, couples and groups. We are developing workshops and seminars to support a healthy mind and a healthy body. These will include awareness of self, assertiveness, good sexual health and HIV prevention. Bangkok Counselling Service is launching a series of therapy groups offering support to those with alcohol issues, those looking for support staying drug free, and those needing support exploring relationships with food as well as for HIV positive expats.

Healthy Body Services include activities such as yoga, exercise, personal training and body work. Bangkok Complementary Health provides body work therapies that address specific ailments and/or that support a client with a specific medical diagnosis. We only offer therapies that have been independently proven to improve the health, wellbeing or longevity of a client. This includes working with clients who have cancer, HIV and other life-threatening illnesses.

We can also offer relief to those with back pain, frozen shoulder, stress etc through body work therapies. BCH works to support clients with a wide range of physical and emotional problems through the use of essential oils. Essential oils can be used to aid sleep, relieve stress and anxiety, keep mosquitoes away and to fight the 3 types of infection. Essential oils can be used in a burner, added to massage oil or placed on your clothing.

BCH employs a skilled aromatherapist who will select specific essential oils as part of your therapy treatment plan. You will be able to buy these direct from our shop or online.
